Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving transformation in healthcare operations through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements.
  • Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials.
  • Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Expected Graduation: May 2027
  • Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain.
  • Internship or academic experience with ERP systems preferred (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
