During the first one to two months of the project, the Project Manager is expected to spend approximately 50% of their time onsite facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
Following the initial discovery phase, travel will decrease to approximately once per month for the remainder of the engagement.
All approved business travel expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and related travel costs, will be fully reimbursed.
