The role

ERP Analyst II is for people with hands-on ERP configuration, integration, and business-process experience who are ready to own outcomes. You'll lead small-to-mid-scale implementations, improve business processes, and refine integrations across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa.

You'll work closely with senior consultants, developers, and client business leaders to extend ERP functionality, automate processes, and fix what's broken. The goal is an ERP expert who can analyze, improve, and implement solutions that measurably raise efficiency.

What you'll do2-4 years of experience
  • Lead small-to-mid-scale ERP implementations through configuration and deployment
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration
  • Support data migration, integration, and automation projects
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and improve workflows
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI or ERP analytics tools
  • Train end users and provide post-implementation support
  • Document configurations, test cases, and functional workflows
4+ years of experience, with process-optimization depth
  • Own ERP module implementations and functional optimizations
  • Work with technical teams to refine integrations with third-party systems
  • Streamline processes with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain
  • Lead UAT to validate functionality before go-live
