Job description

HOATalent is hiring on behalf of The CAM Collective
The CAM Collective (TCC) is a community-driven professional services platform built to support forward-thinking companies in real estate, property management, and adjacent industries. Through a collective model, TCC provides shared expertise, operational infrastructure, and strategic support that allows member companies to scale sustainably while staying focused on their core business. Our work is collaborative, fast-paced, and impact-driven; we value clarity, ownership, and people who enjoy building systems that actually work.
ERP Systems Manager
The Role
Our member companies are running ERP platforms with significant untapped potential. This role exists to close that gap, embedding with TCC member companies, assessing their existing implementations, and driving targeted improvements that translate into real operational efficiency. You'll work across multiple companies, building playbooks that scale. This is a high-visibility engagement for someone who loves the intersection of software, process, and people.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct structured assessments of ERP implementations at member companies, including system configuration, active workflows, and actual usage patterns
  • Map current-state business processes and identify where the ERP is under-utilized, misconfigured, or creating unnecessary friction
  • Develop and present prioritized improvement recommendations to operations leadership, with clear effort/impact analysis
  • Lead or support implementation of approved changes - reconfiguration, workflow setup, template creation, automation enablement
  • Document optimized processes and configurations into repeatable playbooks applicable across the TCC portfolio
  • Train staff on improved workflows to ensure changes are adopted, not just deployed
  • Partner with TCC's technology team to identify integration and automation opportunities that extend ERP capabilities
  • Use AI tools to work faster, document better, and deliver more consistent results across engagements

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years working directly with ERP or property management software at a configuration, administration, or power-user level
  • Hands-on experience with Vantaca (system administration, workflow setup, or implementation) - this is the primary platform
  • Demonstrated ability to assess a software implementation and identify gaps between capability and actual utilization
  • Experience with workflow automation, rule-based routing, or process configuration within ERP tools
  • Structured, analytical approach - you diagnose before you prescribe
  • Effective communicator and listener who can earn trust with both operations staff and senior leadership
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements across different companies
What Makes You Successful
  • Working knowledge of CINC or Buildium
  • Experience leading ERP implementations or migrations
  • Background in change management or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Experience working across a portfolio, franchise, or multi-company environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms that extend ERP functionality

Benefits
What we have to offer:
  • $90,000 annualized (1099 contract), with mutual option to convert to full-time employment
  • High autonomy and ownership - you set the approach, not just execute tasks
  • Exposure to a growing portfolio of companies and technology environments
  • Clear pathway to FTE conversion based on performance and mutual fit
  • Work at the forefront of operational technology in a growing industry platform
