Job description

Overview

This role supports ERP operations across the Americas by coordinating and addressing ERP issues across U.S. entities. The position contributes to the regional deployment of HQ initiatives, facilitates cross-entity best practice sharing, and participates in new site implementation and system projects. In addition, the role provides operational support for SCM functions (MM/SD) for SAV Entities.

Responsibilities

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

 

 

Regional ERP Operations Support & Issue Management

  • Consolidate, analyze, and support prioritization of ERP issues across U.S. entities
  • Deploy HQ-driven ERP initiatives across the region
  • Identify and replicate best practices across Americas entities

 New ERP Implementation & Project Leadership

  • Lead ERP implementation for new entities/plants in U.S.
  • Lead next-generation ERP conversion/implementation project
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external partners for implementation

SAV ERP Operation Support & Coordination

  • Support SCM operations for SAV Entities (MSV/MNAe)

AUTHORITY & SCOPE

This role operates within defined corporate policies and procedures and exercises judgment appropriate to its level of responsibility. The position may influence decisions related to functional operations, processes, or recommendations and escalate matters as required

Qualifications

(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years of ERP experience (operation, implementation, enhancement)
  • Experience in at least two modules among SD, MM, PP in SAP or equivalent ERP

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and SCM processes
  • Strong operational knowledge of SAP ERP SCM processes and programs, with basic debugging and ABAP development skills

 

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience in ERP operations within the Americas
  • Additional experience in FI/CO or FCM

 

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • SAP SCM Consultant Certificate
