Job description

Select Client Associate

At Hausmann Group, we empower our associates to provide exceptional support to our clients and team members. As a Select Client Associate, you will use organizational skills and attention to detail to support our clients and manage workflows independently.

  • Client Systems Management: Uses strong attention to details and organizational skills when updating and maintaining our client systems. Accurately and efficiently uses and updates our internal databases in Applied EPIC. Manage client policies by adding, changing, renewing, and terminating data under the direction of Select Consultants. Assists Select Consultants with project assignments, when requested and appropriate.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize client needs & timelines. Obtain important documentation to support the client experience. Attends department meetings to stay up to date with carrier-specific information, as well as changes to workflows and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Be respectful of diverse thoughts, views, and approaches. Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Ask questions to ensure understanding of team goals and tasks.
  • Organization: Navigate internal resources to support client renewals, compliance, and marketing initiatives. Works with Select Consultant team to set reasonable deadlines, follows up and communicates status of requests and projects.

Requirements

  • One year of office experience in a business environment preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work in a stationary position 90% of the time.
  • Constantly able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery 90% of the time.
  • Constantly able to observe details, including letters, numbers and colors, at close range.
  • Able to move or transport objects weighing up to 10lbs. Frequency and duration will vary.

Working Conditions:

  • Position will be headquartered in the Madison, WI office. A valid driver's license is required.
  • Hausmann Group offers a hybrid working environment with three days in the office and up to two days at home.
