Job description

Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage our employee compensation and stock programs. Play a key role in Epic's business operations by managing and optimizing our international compensation programs. Working with stakeholders and executives, you will help identify and implement creative solutions to company needs. Responsibilities include managing the compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally, analyzing country-specific considerations, and assuming domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for process improvement, strong oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently, and a knack for simplifying complex topics into something easily understood.
