Epic Europe - Norwegian Translator
Position Summary
At Epic, you'll translate software strings, documentation, training materials, and European tenders while contributing to localization, quality assurance, and terminology management. You'll apply your language expertise to deliver clear, accurate translations for a global leader in electronic medical records.
Translation work is fast-paced and varied, combining quick-turnaround tasks with complex, long-term projects. This role requires precision, motivation, and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to take ownership of meaningful work that supports Norwegian healthcare options.
Translators work with a high degree of autonomy and are responsible for managing key translation projects across Epic's clinical, administrative, registration, and billing products. You'll collaborate closely with implementation and technical support teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience translating from American English to Norwegian strongly preferred
  • Ability to ensure translation maintains appropriate feeling, tone and style
  • Knowledge of Epic software is not required, we will train you!
