Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee

The Lodge At Rocky Mount Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Employee to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
  • Compute and record numerical data.
  • Establishes and maintains proper supporting documentation and files for the payable functions.
  • Responsible for reconciling and maintaining vendor invoices and statements.
  • Enter all the information about new hires and payroll changes.
  • Completes orientation for all new hires
  • Maintains and organizes departmental payroll time sheets.
  • Completes all payroll related functions including but not limited to data entry, printing deposit and payroll checks and reconciles weekly payroll disbursements.
  • Establishes and maintains best practices for payroll processes.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills
