Job description

Our speech therapy clinic is seeking an administrative assistant for our office located near Rice Village/Museum District. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, chart management, data entry, printing, scanning, and other clerical tasks. Must be proactive, organized, dependable, with excellent customer service. Previous experience in healthcare or education is a plus. Our clinic works with children and therefore must have a clean background record. Start date is Immediately.  This job is currently temporary to cover for a maternity leave through end of September.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Our speech therapy clinic has a COVID-19 safeguard protocol in place.  All of our employees are fully vaccinated.  As a healthcare facility, we are screening all patients, face masks required by all, and clinicians wear PPE.
