Job description

Vision Government Solutions is a leading high-tech government technology firm providing software and appraisal services to more than 500 communities across the United States. We are seeking Data Entry Clerks to enter and quality check property data and photos. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Printing and preparing field cards and reports for field data collectors
  • Tracking fieldwork sign-out/sign-in
  • Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Inputting information from field data property cards in a timely manner
  • Comparing data against field and aerial photos
  • Verifying accuracy of data inputted into the computer system
  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintaining County and taxpayer confidence by keeping information confidential
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing additional tasks as needed
  • Responsibility for various projects (working with the project manager)
  • Maintaining a friendly professional demeanor with County and taxpayers

This position requires training (paid) onsite at our office in Daleville, Va.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour
