Sayre offers 2 daylight shifts to choose from: 4 - 10 hour days (Monday - Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM) OR 5 - 8 hour days (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM)

JOB TITLE: Finisher

DEPARTMENT: Finishing Department

REPORTS TO: Finishing Department Supervisor/Manager or Delegate

HOURLY RATE: $15.25/HOUR

SUMMARY: Ideal candidate would have the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of different job duties within the department. This job requires a flexable mindset as individuals will be assigned a variety of duties throughout the workday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to perform or support:
    • Inspection
    • Embossing
    • Engraving
    • Screen Print
    • Packaging & Shipment
  • Maintains constant and clear communication with Supervisor to ensure proper workflow between assignments.
  • Follow and maintain safe manufacturing practices.
  • Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team constructively with little supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • May require additional work hours during peak seasons.
