In this position you will coordinate and manages all aspects of customer service through overseeing job production and delivering multiple projects on time, on target and on budget, simultaneously.Job Summary:This position coordinates and manages all aspects of customer service through overseeing job production and delivering multiple projects on time, on target and on budget, simultaneously. Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Attend Daily Production Meeting as requested Management of production against a pre-established production timeline Responsible for working directly with internal and external customers, production, purchasing, scheduling and sales to assure jobs are planned and completed correctly. Back up Sales Executives by requesting quotes and production schedules on an as needed basis Participation in regular team buildings sessions and career development training sessions is expected Job Order Entry, Proof-Reading, Purchase USPS permits as applicable, Execute change orders implement pre-invoicing as needed Assist the CRM by refining cost estimates throughout the project as additional data is obtained as directed.
