Job description

$19.50 - $21.50 per Hour Full-Time
We're seeking dependable, quality-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will be considered for multiple assembly opportunities based on their experience, skills, and qualifications, including advancement opportunities into specialized assembly positions.
Available Positions
  • Fan Assembly Technician - $19.50/hour
  • Air Handling Unit Assembly Technician - $21.50/hour

Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:30PM, with occasional overtime opportunities as needed.
What You'll Do
  • Assemble products according to work instructions, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Support production goals while maintaining a high level of workmanship.
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, production documents, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Job Conditions
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend and reach items at ground level and above the head.
  • Must be able to work on feet, standing and walking throughout the factory for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to wear PPE; to include, but not limited to, safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, face shields.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures; requires adherence to safety protocols and teamwork in a production-driven atmosphere.
  • May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment
  • May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS
  • May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face
