We are seeking an entry level Digital Artist to aid in the design and development of E-learning training modules for tactical systems. This position is an excellent fit for applicants with strong artistic design skills. Work will require interfacing with tactical system SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to gather information for use in the development of learning modules and comprehension exams. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team which will allow you to learn new skills and provide exposure to the full lifecycle development process of training material for a tactical system - from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and delivery. This position provides opportunities for growth and increasing levels of responsibility including managing projects and participating in team planning exercises. There is also occasional travel domestically and internationally to support customer test events, data collection, and development of foreign military partnerships. What You Will Do * Research and understand tactical system concepts using schematics, functional block diagrams, tactical system data, parts lists, CAD drawings, and technical manuals.
* Generate and design E-learning modules required for training using the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Generate and design unique learning reinforcement methods to help test subject matter retention.
* Collaborate with other engineers to plan and develop material in accordance with appropriate technical manuals.
* Work in a fast-paced environment that demands both accuracy and detail.
* This position requires travel up to 10% of the time. Qualifications You Must Have * Master's Degree in Applicable Discipline
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
