A minimum of three years of independent aesthetic injection experience is required.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced aesthetic injector who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must have prior experience independently performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within a plastic surgery, dermatology or medical aesthetics practice.

The ideal candidate combines advanced technical expertise, artistic judgment and a patient-centered approach while collaborating with physicians and fellow aesthetic providers to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Experience performing laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling and body contouring procedures is highly desirable.

Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP/ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum three years of independent aesthetic injection experience required.
  • Demonstrated expertise performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments.
  • Experience with laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling and body contouring preferred.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment and individualized treatment planning.
  • Proven ability to conduct consultations, develop comprehensive treatment plans and build long-term patient relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for aesthetics and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine.
  • Experience mentoring or training other providers is a plus.
