Job description

Executive Director-Southeast Florida
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Florida Region (onsite; some regional travel)
Scope: Full P amp;L and business ownership within the larger Aesthetic Partners platform
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional regional leadership role.
As Executive Director-Southeast Florida, you are the CEO of your own business inside Aesthetic Partners — with full ownership of strategy, growth, culture, and results across a high-performing, multi-site portfolio. You will run the region as if it were your own company: setting direction, building the team, driving revenue, and making the calls that matter.
The difference? You’re not doing it alone.
Aesthetic Partners provides the capital, infrastructure, brand support, analytics, and shared services that remove friction and accelerate scale — so you can focus on building something exceptional.
If you’re energized by autonomy, accountability, and the chance to grow a business with real backing behind it, this role was built for you.

About Aesthetic Partners
We are building the leading company in medical aesthetics. Aesthetic Partners was founded by Courtney Ellenbogen and Faraz Karbasi out of Harvard Business School in 2019, and has grown rapidly to 35 locations nationally. The business is backed by Norwest Venture Partners in addition to the original investor group.
Our Vision
To set a new standard in aesthetics by forging an elite, intellectual, and innovative network of visionary founders, fueled by infinite ambition to reach new heights.
Our Values
Driven to Discover · Relentless for Results · Strength in Humility · Win as One

The Role
You will have full P amp;L ownership of a $20M+ regional portfolio spanning plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, esthetics, and wellness across 9 locations and multiple brands, including Azul Cosmetic Surgery amp; Medical Spa, Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center, Sanctuary Plastic Surgery, and Laser Skin and Wellness.
You are the senior-most leader in the region — responsible not only for performance, but for building the organization itself. This is a builder’s role: shaping teams, developing leaders, scaling best practices, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
You’ll partner closely with corporate leadership, but day to day, you are the business owner.

What You’ll Own
Enterprise amp; Financial Leadership
  • Own and grow a $20M+ multi-site P amp;L with clear accountability for revenue growth, margins, and cash flow
  • Set the regional strategy and operating plan; translate vision into execution across all locations
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP amp;A
  • Run a disciplined business cadence: KPI reviews, brand reviews, sales huddles, and executive check-ins
  • Make investment decisions that drive long-term value — people, technology, services, and capacity
Operational Excellence amp; Patient Experience
  • Ensure operational and clinical excellence across surgery, injectables, esthetics, and wellness
  • Build scalable systems that deliver consistency without stripping brands of their identity
  • Own patient experience outcomes, including satisfaction, retention, and LTV
  • Drive operational improvements through technology, workflow design, and performance management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and risk management across all sites
Team Building amp; Culture
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team
  • Attract, retain, and grow top clinical and operational talent
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Lead from the front — visible, engaged, and willing to step in when needed
Growth, Marketing amp; Expansion
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities across services, providers, and locations
  • Partner with marketing to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand equity locally
  • Evaluate and launch new service lines, programs, and partnerships
  • Serve as the face of the region in the market — with patients, partners, and industry leaders

Who You Are
  • A proven operator and builder with 10+ years of leadership experience, including full P amp;L ownership (multi-site preferred)
  • Comfortable running a complex healthcare or consumer services business at scale
  • Financially fluent - you understand how the business actually makes money and how to grow it
  • Entrepreneurial by nature: you like autonomy, accountability, and building something real
  • Hands-on and decisive; you don’t wait for perfect information to move
  • Strong people leader who attracts talent and builds trust quickly
  • Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the clinic floor
  • Energized by growth, not maintenance
Preferred Background
  • Medical aesthetics, wellness, or adjacent consumer and healthcare services
  • Experience managing $15M+ revenue portfolios
  • MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred

Why This Role Is Different
  • You are not “managing a region” — you are running a business
  • You have real authority, not just responsibility
  • You get the upside of entrepreneurship without building from scratch
  • You have corporate scale, capital, and expertise behind you
  • You can build this organization your way — with support, not constraints
  • Strong equity opportunity and long-term growth within the larger AP organization

Not a Fit If
  • You’re looking for a purely corporate, low-variance leadership role
  • You prefer inherited teams and established playbooks over building
  • You want decisions made for you rather than owning the outcome
