Assisted Living Administrator | RCAL or NHA required | Altus, OK
Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care provider, is looking for a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator to join their team at The Courtyards at Magnolia Creek in Altus, Oklahoma!
We provide our Administrators with the resources, structure, systems, and compensation necessary to be successful and advance not only their own careers, but the careers and lives of their staff and residents.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial direction of a private pay Assisted Living Memory Care.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and with accrediting organizations.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.

Experience and Education
  • Oklahoma Assisted Living Administrator (RCAL) license or Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in Assisted Living Administration.
  • Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
