Key Responsibilities:
As an entry-level Electrical Engineer/Designer I at Interface, your responsibilities will include, (but may not be limited to):
  • Preliminary electrical design and layout.
  • Document delivery coordination.
  • Preliminary load calculations.
  • Researching commercially available equipment.
  • Design drafting.
  • System design with direction from mentor and/or senior engineer.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to internal team members and clients.
What You'll Bring:

Required:
  • BS, Electrical Engineering.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in MEP/AEC building design.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of building codes.
  • Ability to perform multiple functions in multi-deadline changing operations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team orientated collaborative environment.
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of Revit MEP.
  • Interest in obtaining PE or EIT.
  • Interest in becoming LEED accredited.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
