Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and basic office tools like Microsoft Office is typically expected. These competencies enable representatives to meet sales targets, foster client trust, and contribute to overall business growth.

How does an entry level sales representative typically collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals?

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll frequently work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure you have the latest information on products, promotions, and customer feedback. Some companies treat this job as an extended training period, so you may also attend classes, meetings, or demonstrations designed to help you improve your skills.
