About the Opportunity

A wonderful, respectful UHNW family in Austin is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to join their fully staffed household. This long-term opportunity focuses on providing exceptional care for their 8-month-old daughter and 3-year-old son while working collaboratively with an experienced household team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, calm under pressure, highly professional, and experienced working with UHNW families. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys travel, and is seeking a long-term opportunity with room to grow alongside an exceptional family.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional daily care for a 1-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son
  • Support age-appropriate learning, development, routines, meals, naps, and bedtime
  • Drive children to appointments, activities, and outings
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the family
  • Work collaboratively with household staff, including the private chef
  • Maintain children's clothing, nursery, toys, and supplies
  • Assist with children's events, birthdays, and special occasions
  • Ensure the children's safety, health, and overall well-being

Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional nanny experience
  • Previous ROTA experience preferred
  • UHNW or private household experience
  • Strong infant and toddler experience
  • Comfortable managing children's food allergies
  • High energy with excellent stamina
  • Calm demeanor with a positive personality
  • Professional, dependable, and discreet
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent references


Benefits$130,000–$150,000+ annually
($40/hour for the first 40 hours worked each week, $60/hour for all overtime hours. Open to candidates relocating to Austin, Round-trip travel expenses to and from your home every two weeks are fully covered during your off rotation)
