Job Details Full‑Time Night Float Anesthesiologist Position in Phoenix, AZ

Night Float Anesthesiologists will work a 1 week on / 2 weeks off schedule, with a guaranteed $475,000 base salary and a $100,000 start‑date bonus.

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, Inc. and Envision are recruiting board‑eligible or board‑certified Night Float Anesthesiologists to join the Downtown Division covering Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix. Valley provides anesthesia services in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and office‑based practices.

  • Variety of adult case mix at Banner University Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital including general, gynecologic, transplant, hepatobiliary, vascular, obstetrics, neurosurgery, and more. Ample access to technology and medications such as video laryngoscopy, high‑resolution ultrasound, sugammadex, remifentanil, etc. Long‑established relationships with skilled, congenial surgeons and supportive circulating nurses.
