• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to explore clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans to address those needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities aligned with each client’s unique circumstances and treatment goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, aligning with ethical guidelines and legal practices.
• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners—to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources, advocating for clients' rights and needs as required.
• Commit to staying informed about industry best practices through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Your clientele will range from diverse backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will play an integral role in helping clients improve their mental wellness while creating a non-judgmental, supportive environment for open communication.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to conduct clinical assessments and develop effective treatment interventions.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health therapy is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective client engagement and progress.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional integrity in all client interactions.

• Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
