Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to deliver counseling services to clients from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions in line with evidence-based practices, ensuring that the therapeutic modalities employed are customized to meet the specific goals of each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention for individuals experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, including treatment histories, progress notes, and assessment results, following all ethical and legal guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to facilitate coordinated and holistic care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs to enhance their understanding and engagement in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will serve a diverse client population with varying backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications
