Job description

Part Time Patient Registration Representative - Make a Meaningful First Impression

Location: Ascension St. John Medical Center
Shift Hours: PRN - as needed, 48 hours a month minimum requirement, 24 hours on call.
What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
