Job description

CubX Inc. is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in modern, secure, and serverless IT solutions for businesses nationwide. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with the Controller to support daily accounting operations
  • Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
  • Performing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Maintaining organized financial records and processes
  • Communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters
  • Supporting the adoption and learning of internal accounting systems

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
