We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day accounting, with some involvement in financing activities and support for our real estate operations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting using QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and track expenses
• Assist with financing-related tasks (loan documentation, cash flow tracking, lender reporting)
• Support real estate-related accounting (property expenses, rent rolls, closing statements, etc.)
• Prepare basic financial reports for management
• Help maintain organized financial records for tax and audit purposes

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Prior experience in real estate or financing is a plus, but not required
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable learning on the job
• Entry-level to mid-level candidates welcome — we're more focused on QuickBooks fluency than years of experience
