Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through outstanding service and communication
  • Assist clients with policy questions, payments, and coverage recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client coverage
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer additional services and schedule appointments
  • Manage multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute to team goals by consistently providing excellent client experiences

Requirements
  • Entry-level candidates and former athletes encouraged to apply!
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • Illinois Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain - we'll help you get it)
