Job description

Lavior Pharma is seeking a motivated, smart, and highly organized Junior Marketing & AI Assistant to support the companyโ€™s marketing, digital content, social media, presentations, research, and business development activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, student, or early-career professional who is strong with computers, comfortable using AI tools, and eager to learn in a fast-moving business environment.
Prior professional experience is not required, but the candidate must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
Position Focus

The Junior Marketing & AI Assistant will support the marketing team and company leadership with digital marketing tasks, content creation, online research, social media support, presentations, CRM updates, marketplace support, and general marketing execution. Will be managing Amazon and other marketplaces online sales, video/ social media pictures creating andย 
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI tools, computers, online platforms, and basic design/presentation software.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, product sheets, social media posts, and internal documents.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to support content creation, research, summaries, campaign ideas, and productivity.
Support social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Assist with basic digital marketing tasks, including campaign support, content scheduling, and performance tracking.
Help prepare PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides presentations for sales, marketing, distributors, and internal meetings.
Support Amazon, e-commerce, and marketplace-related marketing activities.
Conduct online research on competitors, market trends, healthcare facilities, distributors, and potential customers.
Assist with CRM updates, contact lists, lead research, and basic reporting.
Help organize marketing files, product images, sales materials, and campaign assets.
Support trade show preparation, customer follow-up materials, and business development projects.
Work closely with management and team members on daily marketing and administrative priorities.
Required Skills

Strong computer skills and ability to work with online tools and platforms.
Mandatory knowledge or strong willingness to use AI tools for marketing, research, writing, and organization.
Ability to use or quickly learn Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
Good writing and communication skills.
