Job description

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior candidate with hands-on experience in modern AI-powered development tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will support software and systems integration efforts, contribute to front-end and back-end tasks, and help audit and debug existing systems.


Required Qualifications

  • Junior-level experience with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development platforms, including:
    • Claude Code and Claude CoWork
    • Lovable
    • Perplexity
    • Replit
    • Grok
  • Strong requirement: Practical experience in software and systems integration (e.g., connecting APIs, third-party services, databases, or internal systems).
  • Experience auditing and debugging current systems, identifying issues, and implementing fixes.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Svelte or similar) and back-end development (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Software design principles and architecture patterns
  • Graphic design or UI/UX skills (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Broader software development experience (full-stack projects, version control with Git, etc.)


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in integrating new and existing software systems
  • Use AI development tools (Claude, Grok, etc.) to accelerate coding, prototyping, and problem-solving
  • Perform code reviews, system audits, and debugging tasks
  • Support front-end and back-end development as needed
