Oracle Cloud Applications Engineer II
Enterprise Applications & AI Platform Support
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Applications Engineer II to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud ecosystem, including Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, ERP Financials, EPM, OCI, and Fusion AI capabilities. This role serves as a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, responsible for application support, system administration, security management, issue resolution, enhancement delivery, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Cloud functional and technical knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. This position partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations across the Oracle Cloud platform.
Provide Level II support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
  • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business processes.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support and third-party managed service providers.
