Summary:

The People Services Technology team at National Heritage Academies owns the systems behind how we hire, support, and reward the people serving our schools. We are currently hiring for roles supporting Oracle Fusion HCM and related platforms, including OnBase and CRM Dynamics. Each role owns a distinct coverage area, partners closely with People Services teams, Information Technology, and Change Management, and drives full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and documentation. These are ideal roles for solution-oriented HRIS professionals who love troubleshooting and want their work to have a visible impact across the organization.

Company Information:

National Heritage Academies (NHA) partners with communities to build and operate public charter schools. Founded in 1995, today NHA serves over 100 schools in nine states, with more than 65,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Our schools are designed to eliminate the achievement gap and provide school choice to families so their children are prepared for success in college, career, and life. A majority of our schools consistently outperform their local district on the state test. According to the Center for Research on Education Outcomes at Stanford University, NHA is a leading performer among charter schools and management organizations, outperforming both conventional district schools and other charter school operators. In addition, according to our employee survey, over 90% of respondents agree that the work they do is meaningful to them. Join our team.

Depending on the individual's skills, experience, and areas of expertise, the position may support one or more of the following functional areas:

PS Technology Consultant - Talent Management

This role supports the systems behind how NHA is structured and staffed, with a focus on the position management structure, workflows, and approvals in Oracle Fusion HCM. You'll serve as a technology partner to our Business Partner and Business Partner Consultant teams, the Employee Relations team, and Credentialing, and support OnBase projects and CRM people projects, working periodically with the internal CRM Dynamics team on modules for employee relations matters.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Human Capital Management processing and technology; HRIS experience preferred; Oracle Fusion experience a plus; Oracle Certification or similar preferred.
  • Familiarity with position management or Core HR processes preferred; experience with document management (OnBase) or CRM platforms a plus.
  • Basic project management skills.

PS Technology Consultant - Total Rewards

This role supports the systems behind how NHA rewards and cares for its people, with a focus on the benefits, compensation, and absence management modules in Oracle Fusion HCM. You'll support benefits enrollment, life events, and compensation processes, provide dedicated support for the Absence Management module, help configure and test annual open enrollment and compensation cycles, and maintain vendor integrations and file feeds - including support for vendor transitions and new plan implementations.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Human Capital Management processing and technology; HRIS experience preferred; Oracle Fusion experience a plus; Oracle Certification or similar preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits, compensation, and absence management processes preferred.
  • Basic project management skills.

PS Technology Consultant - Talent Solutions

This role owns the technology that powers the talent lifecycle - from recruiting and hiring through onboarding and performance management - with a focus on Oracle Recruiting. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting system-related issues, provide strategic recommendations to improve hiring processes and candidate experience, partner with the Talent Solutions team to streamline requisition, interview, offer, and onboarding workflows, and provide mentorship and guidance to PS Technology Consultants.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in HRIS processing and technology; Oracle Fusion HCM experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition systems preferred; Oracle Certification or similar preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others; advanced project management skills.

All roles:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent experience required.
  • Drive full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Configure and test system updates and enhancements, including Oracle quarterly release updates.
  • Partner with the internal Information Technology team on integrations, the internal CRM Dynamics team on modules within coverage areas, and Change Management on large-scale projects.
  • Develop custom reports and queries to meet stakeholder needs; experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) a plus.
  • At times, contribute to projects related to other People Services technology areas, serving as project lead or co-lead as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage and a retirement savings plan.
