Job description

Loan Operations Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)
Agility 360 is looking for a qualified and highly energetic candidate to fill the position of Loan Operations Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. As a Loan Operations Specialist (Contract), you will assist with the review of loan documentation for HMDA data capture and reporting, verify collateral and trailing documents, and coordinate with internal partners and third parties to obtain missing or outstanding items. You will be assisting the Loan Operations team in the review of closed loans.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Review of loan collateral to confirm proper execution, recording, and completeness, including security instruments, title policies, and related documentation.
  • Assist in obtaining trailing mortgage documents thru the review of electronic data files, online resources, or reaching out to title companies.
  • Support the Loan Operations Team in the review of closed loan files
  • Assist in the review of closed loans for HMDA data collection and reporting, including validating loan data and organizing supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate review and reporting with Compliance and other internal stakeholders.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Entry level understanding of mortgage loan documentation.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to loan documentation and reporting, including HMDA is preferred.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation quality.
  • Entry level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external third parties.

Physical Requirements:
  • Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
  • May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy, or distracting environment.
