Area Manager is an entry-level operational leadership role within our fulfillment center that thinks strategically and leads phenomenally to remove obstacles for their team, inspiring them to work with passion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a specific area within our fulfillment center to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for our members.What you'll do...
Responsibilities…
  • Provide coaching and training to hourly associates by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operational KPI metrics while implementing appropriate corrective action to ensure member orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other area managers to drive efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment center.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring associates are properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Participate in company initiatives and programs to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction.
  • Identify training and development needs while participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of hourly associates.
  • Support hourly associates with internal career growth through mentoring, professional development, and stretch assignments.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
