Job description

About IGL Logistics Inc.
IGL Logistics is a full-service freight, warehousing, and supply-chain provider. We are known for moving goods for businesses across domestic and international markets. We built our reputation on getting the fundamentals right: shipments that arrive on time, communication that's actually clear, and a team customers can count on to follow through. In an industry that often feels transactional, we operate differently - logistics built around you.
Our work goes beyond moving freight. Every shipment is a commitment, and we treat it that way. Our customers rely on us to catch problems before they become disruptions, keep their operations on schedule, and act as a true extension of their team rather than just another vendor on a spreadsheet.
That standard starts with our people. We invest in training because we'd rather build great operators from the ground up than assume experience - this role is a real entry point into a career in international logistics, not just a job. We hire people who take ownership, demonstrate a solutions driven mind-set, communicate clearly, and do things the right way even when no one's watching. Four things define how we work: we do the right thing, we make it clear and simple, we're genuine with the people we work with, and we execute with precision.
That's what logistics built around you looks like from the inside too - come build it with us.
