Job description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the organization and alignment of internal operations across product, warehouse, and business teams.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that operational information stays accurate, consistent, and up to date as the company continues to grow.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with processes, coordinating across teams, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day operational workflows across departments
  • Track and follow up on product-related updates, including:
    • Product models / SKUs
    • Packaging and labeling changes
    • Product descriptions and images
  • Ensure consistency between internal systems, warehouse operations, and actual product status
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional communication
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in operational information and support resolution
  • Maintain and update product-related data in internal tools and systems
  • Follow up with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Support the organization and documentation of internal processes
