Relationship Banker

What you'll do:
As a Relationship Banker you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities. You'll be knowledgeable of treasury management products, quickly learning products and services. You'll train clients on how to use bank products as well as provide troubleshooting and assistance with client's software and integration. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurate information, build client trust, and navigate challenging situations and tasks.
  • Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in account opening and closing, including but not limited to CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking and Money Market accounts. Utilize all resources to assist clients with account payment research and lockbox inquiries. Assist with all aspects of association transitions between management companies.
  • Utilize daily reports to ensure that insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed following established procedures by expected deadlines. Provide excellent customer service in line with standards and client expectations. Use systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Strong task management and professionalism is essential.
  • Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload, actively supporting the team to achieve performance goals. Maintain a working knowledge of related federal banking regulations and bank policies and procedures.
  • Build trust and relationships with clients as well as Sales Team to ensure organic growth of deposits. Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge.

What you'll need:
  • 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
