In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Membership Operations Manager in ensuring compliance with the Club's governing documents, policies, and procedures. You'll handle membership transactions, reporting, accounting and database reconciliations, delinquency and exit interview processes, and special membership programs, while also supporting the Membership Sales and Accounting teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of club accounting systems, POS systems, or Sage software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license meeting Club insurability standards required

JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain member accounting transactions, including dues, payments, transfers, prorations, and automatic payments.
  • Update and maintain membership databases, records, and transaction logs.
  • Coordinate membership transfers, resignations, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly membership and financial reports.
  • Administer member programs, including dues prepayments and hole-in-one payouts.
  • Communicate membership updates with staff, HOA representatives, and members as needed.
  • Assist with delinquency tracking, member communications, and collections processes.
  • Prepare membership-related documents, agreements, and escrow instructions.
  • Maintain records for special membership categories and related reporting.
  • Prepare reports for management and membership committees.
  • Support daily Pro Shop and accounting-related transactions.
  • Assist with vendor account setup, tax documentation, and mobile credential administration.
  • Prepare annual demographic and membership reports.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Required to sit constantly.
  • Required to occasionally stand and walk.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle or other vehicle.
  • Typical work hours - Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, additional hours required during month end closing.
