In this fast-paced role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, families, and healthcare professionals by providing timely, accurate, and compassionate support through live chat.

Key Objectives
  • Deliver prompt and professional live chat assistance to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
  • Resolve inquiries related to appointments, medical services, billing, and general hospital information.
  • Ensure clear communication and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chat inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
  • Document interactions and update patient records as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to appropriate healthcare personnel.

Qualifications
