AUTO HAUS of Yorktown and Williamsburg is seeking a professional and customer-focused Live Chat Support  to assist customers through live chat and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance while creating a positive customer experience.

Location: United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all interactions.
  • Document customer conversations and update records as needed.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
