Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal & Skiptracing Assistant to support our legal and recovery operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in legal administration, compliance, or asset recovery. No prior experience is required - we will provide training and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize legal documents and case files
  • Assist skiptracers and legal assistants with daily tasks and case support
  • Draft professional correspondence and documents for customers
  • File legal paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
  • Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Learn and use skiptracing tools to locate customers and assets
