Learning Systems Graduate Assistant for Teaching, Learning and Technology Center 2026-2027

Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support the Seton Hall community in the use of various software platforms that support teaching and learning.
โ€ข Deliver face-to-face training on various software platforms.
โ€ข Create online training for various software platforms.
โ€ข Edit training materials for accuracy, design, clarity, and readability.
โ€ข Assist with the overall management of Learning Management System, including but not limited to creating courses/organizations, resolving account issues, and providing general support for Canvas questions and issues encountered by the SHU community.
โ€ข Participate in projects to assess various software platforms.
Required Qualifications:
โ€ข Strong written and oral communication skills
โ€ข Team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem solving skills
โ€ข Interest in learning about or training others in basic and advanced technology and online learning concepts
