Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Entry Level IT Professional to support the Detroit Water & Sewerage Department's technology operations. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, maintaining user accounts, and assisting with application testing while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise utility systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot software and application issues.
• Assist with user account creation, configuration, and maintenance.
