Position Overview
The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure throughout North America. This role supports a modern, cloud-hosted server environment, Cisco Meraki networking and physical security systems, and a Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Collaborate with senior infrastructure architects and engineers. The ideal candidate brings broad hands-on experience across servers, cloud hosting, and networking, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment where uptime and reliability are critical to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Escalate and resolve IT infrastructure helpdesk tickets/incidents; supplement help desk as needed.
  • Maintain current documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures; coordinate with vendors/MSPs and manage service contracts.
  • Support IT projects (migrations, upgrades, and new site deployments), including travel to install/coordinate infrastructure at new distribution centers and stores.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking (switches, Wi-Fi access points, security appliances) across all locations.
  • Monitor network performance and connectivity; optimize bandwidth utilization and configure/maintain VLANs, VPNs, firewall policies, and segmentation.
  • Coordinate Meraki network deployments/refreshes and maintain network documentation (topology, IP management, hardware inventory).
  • Administer Cisco Meraki cameras/physical security: configurations, retention policies, user access, placement coordination, and timely troubleshooting.
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune) including Entra ID user/licensing/conditional access and M365 security/compliance (Defender, DLP, MFA).

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an Associate degree in a related field with equivalent hands-on IT experience.
  • 3-5 years hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including strong troubleshooting across servers, networking, and end-user systems.
  • Cloud and Microsoft skills: manage cloud-hosted environments (Azure/AWS or similar) and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, hybrid AD/Entra, Intune).
  • Cisco Meraki networking/physical security experience: switches, access points, MX security appliances, and hands-on work in the Meraki dashboard.
  • Networking + Windows fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall management, plus Windows Server/Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Documentation and communication strengths; ability to manage accurate records and clearly explain technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Cisco Meraki certification (CMNA or equivalent) and Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
  • Multi-site/distribution/warehouse support; barcode scanner support; ITIL/ITSM exposure.
  • IT/security and modernization: Intune/MDM experience, vulnerability management/patch compliance, and familiarity with AI models.
