Job description

Position Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst

Classification: Exempt
Department: Information Technology

Reports To: IT Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Infrastructure Analyst provides hands-on operational support for REHAB's core IT infrastructure and supporting systems to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for patients, staff, and providers. This role serves as an escalation point from the Help Desk, assists with system monitoring and incident response, and supports routine infrastructure maintenance and documentation.

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will help ensure that REHAB patients and their families receive caring and dedicated service through the reliable operation of clinical and business technology systems. You will support servers, enterprise applications, identity and access management, and related infrastructure, while also assisting with Help Desk duties as needed. This position works under the direction of IT leadership and collaborates closely with internal teams and vendors to support REHAB's mission of delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and innovative inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Wage Range: $54,148.22/year to $81,222.24/year.

The actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or infrastructure-related roles

  • Experience working in a ticket-based IT support environment

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues across end-user and infrastructure systems

  • Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate technical documentation

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Skills/Experience:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support and maintain on-premises infrastructure systems, including virtualized servers and associated platforms

  • Support backup and recovery processes, including verification and restore testing

  • Serve as an escalation point for Help Desk tickets related to infrastructure or complex technical issues

  • Provide Help Desk support as needed, including user assistance, access provisioning, and ticket resolution

  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and department leadership

  • Collaborate with internal IT staff, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues
