Position Overview:

Our Farmers Insurance Protege Program is a one-year, structured development role designed for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and a strong foundation in sales and agency operations.
Youll work inside an established Farmers agency, learning how to generate new business, support clients, and build core insurance knowledge while receiving ongoing coaching and training.
This opportunity is a great fit for someone ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Gain:
One-on-one mentorship and coaching from an experienced Farmers agent
Training in sales, service, marketing, and insurance fundamentals

Base pay + commission with strong earning potential

Program Overview:
One-year structured program with defined performance expectations
Production goals of $100,000$150,000 in premium within the year
Work closely with your mentor agent to develop sales and customer skills
Learn how to quote, sell, service, and grow a book of business
Gain experience in the daily operations of a successful insurance agency
Responsibilities:
Provide quotes, pricing, and product information to prospective and existing clients
Meet new business goals by working leads and generating new opportunities
Follow Farmers guidelines for quoting, applications, and sales procedures
Build relationships through outreach, networking, and community involvement
Participate in training, coaching, and skill development sessions
Requirements:
Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
Motivated to learn, grow, and take feedback
Strong communication and follow-through
Must pass a background and credit check
Prior sales, marketing, or networking experience is a plus
