CMS is currently looking for a Marketing Intern
Marketing Internship
Are you looking for hands-on experience with digital and traditional marketing at a growing firm that values brand development & awareness? Apply for an internship & start growing your career at CMS Corporation.
When you intern with CMS, you become a part of the team. You will have agency to make decisions that can result in real, lasting impact. You will gain real-life experience with both tactical and strategic marketing activities.
Location & Hours
This internship is located in our Bloomington, IN office. Scheduling is 20 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
  • Take over social media for the summer! You will have full reign to reimagine our social media strategy with the guidance of the Marketing team. This may include collaborating with teams in the field to produce content, or working with our outside vendors for photography & videography services. At the end of the internship you will present a social media strategy/plan for the remainder of the year.
  • Take part in various marketing projects/deliverables

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Marketing major currently enrolled in a university undergraduate bachelor's program in Business

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideal Candidate is equal parts creative and analytical, and interested in both tactical & strategic marketing activities
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude!

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Works under the Director of Proposals

Working Conditions
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, bend, and reach
  • Regularly required to drive on company business and be available for travel
  • Must be able to walk a project site
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company auto insurance policy
