Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Contact retail and commercial prospects to collect client information
  • Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations and policy reviews
  • Source and set appointments for potential new agent candidates and other staff members
  • Create and maintain a digital marketing presence though website and social media
  • Coordinate marketing and recruiting events
  • Implement and maintain a social media marketing campaign
  • Provide support for office administration

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently
  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Good phone skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
