Job description

Tuttle-Click Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and dealership growth. If you're passionate about digital marketing, creative storytelling, and delivering measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Manage online vehicle merchandising, ensuring inventory listings, pricing, incentives, and availability are accurate and up to date.
  • • Partner with Sales Management to maintain online promotions, specials, and manufacturer offers across all digital platforms.
  • • Create digital marketing assets, including website graphics, banner ads, landing pages, email content, and promotional materials.
  • • Review digital advertising for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
  • • Manage dealership social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, promotions, and community engagement.
  • • Coordinate creative content, including photography, video, and graphics, for advertising and social media campaigns.
  • • Support email marketing and customer retention initiatives for sales and service departments.
  • • Assist with CRM administration, campaigns, reporting, and user support.
  • • Monitor and troubleshoot website, inventory, and digital advertising issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to improve digital marketing results.
  • • Support special projects, technology implementations, and other marketing initiatives as assigned.

Marketing Specialist Compensation and Benefits 

The Marketing Specialist position has a pay range of $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • • 1+ years of experience in automotive digital marketing, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and online vehicle merchandising preferred.
  • • Experience with dealership websites, inventory management systems, CRM/DMS platforms, digital advertising       platforms, and third-party automotive marketplaces preferred.
  • • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • • Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments and external vendors.
