As a Brand Head for Allegra, this a VP-level leadership role, you'll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Member of Global Allegra Leadership Team to help drive company culture, strengthen values, and assist with further alignment of the US business and strategy with Global Allegra business and team. Reports to Global Brand GM.
  • Strategic leadership and ownership for Allegra US business, the largest brand market combination within Opella, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices along the Opella model of growth framework based on deep consumer insight to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability, managing resource allocation to secure short- and long-term brand growth in the US.
  • Strong partnering with Global Central Team (geographically dispersed) and cross-functional partners within the US organization (across levels, and directly up to region head/NA leadership).
  • Guide team to create integrated E2E consumer connections based on consumer journey and marketing mix analysis that connect with right consumer, at right moment, through the right channel, with the right message to drive brand growth.
  • Guardian of brand equity in line with Global Brand Definition, management of in market brand fundamentals (pricing, portfolio, architecture, distribution, promotion, etc...)
  • Definition of US innovation strategy to deliver the brand growth, execution and delivery of brand pipeline in partnership with Global innovation team
  • Ownership of brand's performance: Brand Health, market share and full P&L management, forecasting, demand and inventory planning.
  • Oversight and counsel of Allegra Canada business in collaboration with Canada leadership.
  • Strong social and cross-cultural skills, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Lead people development directly for brand team and indirectly across US Marketing team through talent acquisition, training and adoption of Opella marketing excellence approaches, performance management, and on-going career and succession planning
  • Help accelerate transition to agile, digitally savvy marketing team to meet current and future challenges

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Masters, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, especially in OTC or FMCG, with digital savvy
  • Proven track record across Global and large US Market leadership roles, ideally in Allergy OTC category
  • Leadership skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute
  • Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies.
  • Challenger Mindset - embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of working courageously.
  • Develop people - takes responsibility for one's self and others in anticipation of future business needs.
