Job Description

The Senior Account Executive, Agency Sales will manage and expand Experian's relationships within Publicis Groupe agencies (including Publicis Canada, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Publicis UK, and Fallon). A company designs this role for a commercially driven seller who brings hands-on, keyboard-level programmatic experience and existing agency relationships to deliver consultative, credible solutions to agency partners.

You will be a trusted expert to programmatic planning, investment, and activation teams. Leveraging personal experience in platforms and workflows, you will identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive revenue growth across Experian's data and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow an assigned portfolio of Publicis Groupe agency partnerships (Publicis Canada, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Publicis UK, Fallon)
  • Develop relationships with programmatic planners, traders, activation leads, and investment decision-makers across agencies
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast by identifying active and future opportunities within Publicis agencies
  • Use your hands-on programmatic execution experience to sell solutions credibly, grounded in real-world agency workflows
  • Be a strategic advisor to agency partners on audience strategy, programmatic activation, and performance optimization
  • Understand and navigate agency buying structures, planning cycles, and approval processes to drive adoption and scale
  • Collaborate with internal Experian teams (Product, Client Success, Marketing, Privacy & Compliance, Contracts) to provide tailored solutions
  • Partner with Client Success to expand existing relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide voice-of-the-agency insights internally to inform Experian's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Deliver customer intelligence to sales and marketing teams to strengthen positioning and messaging
  • You will report to the Sales Director within Experian Marketing Services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic media, ad tech, or agency roles
  • Hands-on, keyboard-level experience working directly within DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or similar
  • Background in programmatic planning, activation, or trading (agency or platform side)
  • Existing relationships or demonstrated experience working directly with Publicis Groupe agencies and teams
  • Experience with programmatic workflows, buying mechanics, and performance measurement
  • Experience translating technical or data-driven products into clear value propositions for agency partners
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and moving opportunities through complex sales cycles

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
