The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in shaping the future by driving partnerships that accelerate the adoption of our AI-powered solutions in the advertising, entertainment, and tech industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can forge relationships, close impactful deals, and work collaboratively across internal teams to execute big-picture opportunities.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone passionate about Entertainment, storytelling, and the intersection of AI and creativity.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
7+ years in business development or partnerships, with a proven track record in advertising, entertainment, production, or tech.
Deep understanding of these industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Strong network within advertising agencies, production companies, and media ecosystems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across organizations and cultures.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive initiatives to completion.
Experience with AI-driven tools or platforms.
Familiarity with the Creator Economy and emerging trends in content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Tailor approaches to meet the specific needs of partners in advertising agencies, production companies, and media studios.
Drive B2C partnerships for our mobile apps, targeting brands and platforms that align with user growth and engagement strategies.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across key industries, from creative executives to business leads.
Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the bridge between partners and internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D, Legal), ensuring seamless execution.
Advocate for partners' needs internally to influence product roadmaps and co-marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
