The Role in Brief:

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As the Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you work across many functions within the Commercial business division and as a key player in a variety of marketing functions, special projects, department operations, and admin responsibilities. You will spend ~30% of your time supporting two executives (our Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Partner Development/Sales) through calendar management and project support, ensuring things run smoothly and deadlines are met by being proactive and organized. The remaining ~70% of your time is spent owning or supporting marketing projects, ranging across our entire department. The Marketing Coordinator will gain immense exposure to the marketing and commercial organizations within EAB and be trained on several marketing skills critical for a long-term marketing or commercial career.

This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain two executives’ calendars and provide operational and project support (Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Partner Development)
  • Own and/or support marketing projects with the following Marketing Teams
    • Strategic Initiatives: support one-off innovation projects and strategic workflows
    • Digital Marketing (ex: website page builds, updates, and data analysis)
    • Marketing Operations: (ex: CRM database accuracy, lead management)
    • Department Operations (ex: administrative and project management duties supporting the department’s overall operations, including department in-days, department resources, and engagement initiatives)
    • **Note – training will be provided for all assigned projects, as needed

Facilitate the onboarding experience for the Partner Development Representatives and separate onboarding for Marketing Department

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing major, minor, or internship experience
  • Must possess at least two of the following:
    • Leadership experience
    • Top-notch organization and process management skills
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience in an office setting
    • Marketing internship

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proactive and high attention to detail
  • Quick learner that can apply newly trained skills to various projects and scenarios
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities and projects
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
  • Solution-focused problem solving
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platforms
  • Discretion with sensitive material and communications
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
