About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our on-site team. This position is perfect for someone beginning their career in IT who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
As part of the IT department, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day technology needs for our employees, ensuring smooth operations across desktops, laptops, and business applications.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and related hardware for new and existing employees.
  • Assist new hires with initial login, system setup, and access to required applications.
  • Perform password resets and basic account troubleshooting.
  • Provide first-line technical support for end-user issues, escalating to higher-level staff when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and system changes.
  • Ensure all work follows company IT standards, security policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, user accounts, and common applications (Microsoft 365, web browsers, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site, support multiple users, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certifications in IT preferred (CompTIA A+, IT Fundamentals, etc.).
