Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern
Temporary Project-Based Internship | Shelby, NC
Position Summary
Sofidel seeks a University HRIS Intern to assist with migration of electronic employee records into ADP.
This short-term project requires 6-8 hours per week and heavy computer use.
Key Responsibilities
• Transfer and upload electronic employee files into ADP HRIS.
• Organize and validate employee records.
• Track progress using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform data quality reviews and administrative support.
Qualifications
• Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited college program.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong computer efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage electronic files and databases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Schedule
$16.70 per hour | 6-8 hours per week | Temporary Project Assignment.
